Please remember though babies and children do cry, it is a way of communication and for young babies the only way they can communicate. When we are changing sleep habits there will be an element of protest. Babies and children may cry during the protest but you will still be there supporting them through this transition to a better nights sleep!

My approach to Sleep Coaching is slightly different to other's as I truly believe that we need to look at the sleep situation holistically, meaning we look at the child from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspective. Susie also combines her wealth of knowledge on the positive affects of Energy balancing Therapy, which is a Holistic Therapy and the huge impact it can bring with helping to calm and settle children, including helping with sleep and behavioural issues. This make sure that we leave no stoned unturned when finding your child's sleep disturbance 'trigger' especially when working with preschool plus aged children.
Sleep packages start from £175 and there are three levels of support. Packages can also be completely tailor made to suit your family or child's needs.
