Anxiety in children is unfortunately on the rise as our children are exposed to much more educational, peer and social pressures. Energy Balancing Therapy is a safe non invasive therapy that can be administered remotely, as energy has no physical boundaries and is very effective in helping children overcome fears, anxieties, school/exam stress and pressures, confidence issues, depression and low self esteem plus helping children with behaviour issues or children who struggle to settle down to sleep or stay asleep at night.
I have regular used Energy Balancing Therapy over the years with my own children aiding relief of some illness, teething discomfort when babies, aiding frustrations through developmental milestones, starting nursery and school, plus settling at bedtime and alleviating any sleep issues.
Children are incredibly receptive to these gentle energies as they bring a sense of calm, contentment and helps balance your child as a 'whole self' - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This means I do not need to be with the baby or child to perform an energy therapy treatment. I do hands on my youngest daughter as and when she needs it because the connection I feel with her is amazing and I love to see her enjoy receiving the energy, she always chatters (babbles)away with a big smile on her face, however when my older daughter needs a session, it is much easier to send the energy therapy remotely, allowing her body to receive the energy at a time that is right for her, normally during sleep when the body is the most relaxed.
All in venue classes have resumed adhering to government guidelines.
Early Years and Children's Yoga will resume from June'21.
